After having driven taxi's for companies in the western suburbs years ago. Also observing and using taxi's many times to go to many different locations thru the city and suburbs. I have noticed over the years how the quality of a simple hello or a plesant, thoughtful word or two from the "driver", affects the quality of my ride. Courteous, thoughtful drivers are rare these days!

My goal on this blog is simple. We're not some bigger than life corporation. We don't even have an office. But what we can do is try an locate.......a few thoughtful, courteous taxi-drivers from your locality or neighborhood. I will create mini-profiles on these drivers and in which neighborhood that they wish to service.
